PREVIOUS CONCERTS

2009

The highly successful inaugural concert in the series on January 17, 2009 presented three groups exploring the borders between classical music and jazz. This was followed on May 16, 2009 with a dazzling performance of Beethoven's monumental Kreutzer Sonata by chamber duo Tom Hankey (violin) and Mario Eugster (piano). And on November 21, 2009 Lucy Dixon and David Gordon delighted the audience with tap dancing, live electronics, tango and improvisation.

2010

On January 30, 2010 Katie Bird (soprano), Lucy Downer (clarinet / bass clarinet) and Claire Howard (piano) treated our audience to an exciting and unusual programme both familiar and intriguing, including classical, folk, spanish and contemporary music.
