Employee Volunteering
Employee volunteering is a great way for a work team to join together, pull together and make a difference together. It can help build morale and encourage a team approach, as well as raising your company profile.
Due to the confidential nature of music therapy, we are unable to offer any kind of voluntary experience directly working with clients, however if you’d like to put a team together, please get in touch and we’ll find you something motivating to do.
In 2010, a team from Lastminute.com spruced up the Nordoff Robbins BRIT Unit in Croydon. It turned out to be a fun, rewarding day for them, and created a pleasanter and safer environment for our clients.
Employees from Sony Music and students from the BRIT School banded together to collect money at the Hard Rock Calling event in Hyde Park. They worked in shifts over 3 scorching hot days to sell raffle tickets and spread the word about Nordoff Robbins – and of course they got to watch some of the show too!
