Nordoff Robbins is delighted to invite applications from suitable registered, qualified and experienced music therapists for a temporary (16 months) post as Tutor at the London base of our prestigious Master of Music Therapy (Nordoff Robbins): Music, Health, Society training programme for up to 2 days per week (Thursdays and Fridays). The successful applicant will be required to undertake the full range of tutorial activities, including leading seminars, providing supervision, teaching musicianship classes and acting as a personal tutor to some of the students.
We are seeking to recruit a music therapist who is reflectively grounded in the Nordoff Robbins approach and committed to an explicitly music-centred understanding of the work. Ideally, the successful candidate will have substantial experience of working as a music therapist in a range of settings and with people in a broad variety of life situations.
