INSPIRE
A singing group for all those with COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) and other lung conditions.
Tuesdays, 11am - 12 noon
Place: Nordoff Robbins London Centre
Cost: £5 per session (concessions available)
Led by: Phoene Cave
This a group for adults who suffer from respiratory disorders such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, emphysema and chronic bronchitis. This group is run by the creator of Singing for Breathing™, an ongoing project for patients of the Royal Brompton and Harefield NHS Foundation Trust. Postural work, breathing, vocal exercises and group singing are used to support patients to improve their symptoms and have fun at the same time.

RHYTHMS AND RHYMES
A music group for parents/carers and their babies aged 0-18 months
Thursdays at 9.45 am
Place: Nordoff Robbins London Centre
Cost: £5 per session
Led by: Claire Hope and Nicola Dunbar
Through the use of familiar songs and improvised musical activities, this group offers parents/carers the opportunity to enjoy shared creative play with their baby in a relaxed and supportive environment.

SOUNDS AND SONGS
A music group for 1½ - 3½ year olds with their parents or carers
Tuesdays at 9.30 am AND 10.30 am
Place: Nordoff Robbins London Centre
Cost: £5 per session
Led by: Emily Cawdron
A weekly music-making group for toddlers of all abilities with their parents/carers. The sessions are made up of familiar songs and interactive musical activities that everyone can take part in and enjoy together.

ONE VOICE
A singing group for children with social or communication difficulties who love singing songs
Mondays 4.30 - 5.00 pm
Place: Nordoff Robbins London Centre
Cost: £5 per session (concessions available)
Led by: Matthew Dixon
One Voice is a group for children with social or communication difficulties such as autistic spectrum conditions, disabilities or emotional problems. The group is an opportunity for young people who generally find it hard to participate in group activities to make music together in a relaxed atmosphere. Research shows that singing together builds confidence, relieves stress and promotes social interaction. Joining the group is also a great opportunity for your child to make new friends.

CALL AND RESPONSE
Using music to help the bond between mothers and babies (0-18 months)
Fridays 11.00 - 11.45 am (6 weeks initially, starting 24 February 2012)
Place: Nordoff Robbins London Centre
Cost: £60 for all six sessions (concessions available)
Led by: Claire Hope
Call and Response is a weekly music therapy group for mums who, for a variety of different reasons, may be having difficulty bonding with their baby. They may be suffering from Postnatal Depression, anxiety, trauma or simply be feeling isolated.
