Services for organisations
Our national network of music services is provided by our regional teams of music therapists who work across the UK.
We’ll tailor the service to the needs of the individuals and the ethos of your organisation. We work in partnership with a wide range of organisations including schools, hospitals, care homes and day centres.
Which partnership option?
Secondment
A Nordoff Robbins employed music therapist joins your team for an agreed period each week (usually one day minimum) with an agreed funding arrangement.
Support package
You employ or pay directly for the music therapist. Nordoff Robbins provides a Professional Support Package that includes:
- Assistance from us in finding and recruiting a music therapist who can best suit your requirements
- An allowance for the music therapist for continuing professional development (CPD)
- Use of Nordoff Robbins resources and facilities
- Support from the local Head Music Therapist or Head of Music Services
- Access to Nordoff Robbins in-house short courses and workshops for your staff.
Third party funding
A charity or other organisation funds a Nordoff Robbins employed or supported post in your organisation or for a particular group of people.
Short-term project work
You contract us for specific time-limited projects such as:
- Short periods of music therapy
- Workshops
- Staff training
- Play or holiday schemes for children
