Ruth Fluin-Hardy
Director of Finance
Ruth has worked at Nordoff Robbins for 13 years and is hugely passionate about the work of the charity. In her current role as Director of Finance she has responsibility for all aspects of the charity’s finances and statutory accounting procedures, monthly management accounts, and producing the final accounts for audit purposes. She is a member of the Charity’s Finance Committee and attends Board meetings in her capacity as Company Secretary. She manages a small team who share her passion not only for the charity and its work but also in transparency and accuracy in accounting. Ruth has worked in Finance for over 30 years and joined Nordoff Robbins initially as the Charity Accountant. She was promoted to Head of Finance and following a Charity Constitutional Review in 2008 was made Director of Finance.
