Vanessa joined the Senior Management Team at Nordoff Robbins in October 2010 from Disability Alliance where she was CEO from 2006 to 2010 and a Director for the previous six years. Vanessa has a wealth of experience as a senior manager in a variety of areas including people management, marketing, communications, project management, governance relations, fundraising and training. Prior to her experience as a senior manager in the third sector, Vanessa worked for 15 years for the Department for Work and Pensions.
