The charity's headquarters in Kentish Town house the London Centre where up to 200 children and adults receive music therapy weekly.

We offer music therapy for:
- Developmental delay
- Emotional and behavioural problems
- Mental Health problems
- Autistic spectrum disorders
- Learning difficulties
- Communication disorders
- Other special needs
- Emotional stress (e.g. bereavement)
- Consequences of physical illness/diagnosis (eg cancer, HIV/AIDS)
- A creative form of self-exploration and development
Facilities
The Centre is a converted listed building, especially refitted for music therapy practice and training, with access for disabled visitors.
- Three therapy rooms with observation booths and audio/video recording facilities
- A lecture and conference hall (which can also be used as a therapy room)
- Therapists’ working areas
- Student therapist department
- Specialist library and research department.
