The Hawthorns is a Barchester Care Home, providing care for older people with dementia and neurodisability, including rehabilitation and day centre services. Janet Graham began work here in November 2007.

 

The Billingham Grange Care Centre, Billingham, Cleveland

Billingham Grange is a Barchester specialist centre caring for people with young-onset dementia and challenging behaviour. Janet Graham began work here in November 2007.

 

10 Week Introductory Course (Newcastle)

As part of the Nordoff-Robbins Training and Education programme, a brand new course is being offered by Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy North East beginning in October 2008. Running for one evening a week over ten weeks, the course will give a theoretical introduction to the Nordoff-Robbins approach to music therapy, illustrated by case-studies and experiential improvisation. Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy's work in the North East of England is new in 2007. We will be growing our services in this area of the UK, looking to make links and partnerships with local organisations in education, social services, healthcare and the voluntary sector.
