Chalfont Lodge is a Barchester Care Home offering residential nursing care for people with dementia, for physically frail people, and for people with neurological disabilities. The music therapist works with individuals and with groups of residents, with families, carers, staff and local musicians, helping to create a vibrant musical life for the whole community.

The National Society for Epilepsy offers specialist medical care and support services to people affected by epilepsy, both on-site at the Chalfont Centre and in the local community. A music therapist has recently been appointed to provide individual and small group music therapy sessions and develop a service that will complement the care and support available across a whole community of residents, carers, families and staff.
