Launch of the Classic FM Christmas Appeal in aid of Nordoff Robbins
We are delighted to announce that for the second year running, Nordoff Robbins will be benefitting from the Classic FM Christmas Appeal. Launching on air on Sunday 18th December at 5pm, the Appeal will be raising money over the following week, to fund over 4000 Nordoff Robbins music therapy sessions for children.
Classic FM will be auctioning some fantastic prizes this year, ranging from holidays in Mauritius, Hong Kong and Washington, to being a Classic FM presenter for the day or the chance to meet their newest presenter, Alan Titchmarsh.
The Classic FM Foundation is Classic FM’s grant giving charity which raises money to fund music education and therapy projects working with some of the most disadvantaged children and adults across the UK. Set up in 2006, their vision is that everyone, regardless of their age, background, education or situation will have equal opportunity to access, enjoy and benefit from the power of classical music.
Tune in to hear more about the Appeal or visit the Classic FM website to find out about the auction items on offer this year.
