Dive in and make a splash for Nordoff Robbins! Whether you want to take on a one-day challenge in your local pool, spread your challenge out over a number of days, or tackle the mighty challenge of open water swimming, it will all help change someone’s live through music therapy. 

Getting others involved can be a great way of making the challenge more fun and can help with fundraising too. Why not challenge your friends, family or even colleagues to join your challenge?
