A new research study on music therapy and spirituality

A research article on music therapy and spirituality has been published by Giorgos Tsiris drawing from his doctoral research at Nordoff Robbins.

This study explores music therapists’ perceptions of spirituality and its relevance to their practice. Being one of the largest international music therapy studies on spirituality with 358 participants from 29 countries to date, this study provides an insight into music therapists’ perceptions of spirituality, their dilemmas as well as the place of spirituality in their training, practice and professional life.

The article is published in the Nordic Journal of Music Therapy.
