Karen Ann has already made an extensive contribution to the charity’s development over the past couple of years so we are very excited that she will now be bringing her HR and development expertise to us, enabling us to further safeguard our colleagues and beneficiaries as we continue to reach more people who need us with our life changing music therapy.”

CEO of Arsenal Football Club, Ivan Gazidis said: “For some time Karen Ann has played an active part in supporting and developing Nordoff Robbins outside of her role at Arsenal and it is only natural that both Karen Ann and this fantastic charity would like to develop the relationship further with this appointment.  Karen Ann will be an enormous asset to the charity and it will be great for Karen Ann’s own development – something which she champions for others at the club.  We wish Karen Ann and Nordoff Robbins all the best with this appointment.”
