Head of Marketing and Communications

Salary:  £43,726 - £45,140 pa including London Weighting

Are you an experienced, creative and enthusiastic marketing and communications professional?  Do you want to work for the UK’s leading independent music therapy charity? 

Nordoff Robbins is looking to recruit for a Head of Marketing and Communications to lead a team that devises multichannel communications and supporter journey marketing campaigns that support the organisations objectives to raise awareness of our work, build our digital communities and help drive income generation through targeted engagement activity. The post holder will work closely with teams across the organisation ensuring that our marketing and communications needs are met and that we become known as a UK wide organisation which delivers innovative, engaging and effective campaigns and communications initiatives.

Nordoff Robbins is at a very exciting time of its organisation development with plans to expand our service across the UK and bring to fruition our new 2024 vision for the charity. The Head of Marketing Communications role has been designd with a view that the post holder will play a key role in ensuring we have the right skills in place to fulfil our ambitions.

The successful candidate will be from a marketing background with third sector knowledge and donor acquisition and supporter journey experience.  You will have a proven track record of leading campaigns, you will be a visionary story-teller and writer with experience of delivering impactful marketing initiatives.
