About the group

The “Afternoon Group” Is a fun, welcoming, accessible and inclusive online music therapy group for adults with learning disabilities run by a Nordoff Robbins music therapist. The group incorporates activity songs, turn taking, listening, and movement; working within the music to support social interaction and communication.

These weekly sessions are free to access and the group is open to participants over the age of 18, accompanied by family and/or carers for support if needed.

The group meets every Wednesday at 3.30pm via Zoom. If you would like to join please use the sign-up form.

The group always welcomes new members from all backgrounds – there’s no necessary prior experience required.

We ask you to share your name and email address – so that we can send you joining details each week.

The sessions use Zoom – so you will need access to a computer or smartphone.
