Joanna Kowalski

Joanna is responsible for raising the profile of our charity and the work we do so we can reach more people with our music therapy. She started her career as a journalist, winning the Mind Journalist of the Year Award in 2005 for her reporting of mental health issues. She spent 7 years managing comms across a range of NHS organisations before switching to the charity sector. Before joining Nordoff Robbins she led the comms and marketing for mental health anti stigma campaign Time to Change, overseeing its annual Time to Talk Day.
