Northern Music Awards Competition – Terms and Conditions  

  1. The competition owner is: Nordoff and Robbins, registered charity no. 280960 whose registered office is at 2 Lissenden Gardens, London NW5 1PQ.
  2. The prize has been generously donated by Virgin Media O2.
  3. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Nordoff and Robbins.
  4. There’s no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  5. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: For your chance to win two tickets to a gig of your choice at either O2 Victoria Warehouse Manchester, O2 Ritz Manchester or O2 Apollo Manchester you must enter your name and email address via the opt in form on the Nordoff and Robbins website www.nordoff-robbins.org.uk/northern-music-awards-competition
  6. Closing date for entry will be Wednesday 24 April 2024 at 23:59. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  7. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  9. Nordoff and Robbins reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
  10. Nordoff and Robbins are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  11. The prize is as follows: two tickets to a gig of your choice at either O2 Victoria Warehouse Manchester, O2 Ritz Manchester or O2 Apollo Manchester. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
  12. Prizes are subject to availability. The winner will be asked to select their top three gig choices in case one or more of their choices is unavailable.
  13. The prize is for tickets to the event only. No travel or overnight accommodation is included. 
  14. Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by the competition owner.
  15. The winner will be notified by email within five working days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within two working days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  16. The winner will be required to provide a name, email and phone number for both themselves and their plus one.
  17. Nordoff and Robbins’ decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  18. The winner will only ever be contacted by Nordoff and Robbins or the relevant O2 venue owner.
  19. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  20. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  21. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  22. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  23. Nordoff and Robbins shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
  24. Nordoff and Robbins also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
