Nordoff and Robbins Wine Dinner 2025 Raffle – Terms and Conditions
It is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions before entering this prize draw. Nordoff and Robbins is a registered charity (280960) and all income raised from this prize draw will go to Nordoff and Robbins.
- This charity prize draw is being run in advance of the Wine Dinner on Universe and on the night of the Wine Dinner event, it will be managed by Nordoff and Robbins (“Charity”). This prize is donated by Ian Mill KC and Gavin Chanin (“Prize Provider”).
- Participation in this prize draw is through purchasing a ticket from the Universe website link or purchasing a physical ticket at the Wine Dinner event. All tickets are at a cost of £50 per prize draw entry. There is no limit on entries in the prize draw.
- The prize draw is open for entry to the United Kingdom only.
- You must be over the age of 18 to enter. The winner may be asked for proof of age.
- The prize draw will run from 10.30am GMT on Monday 14th April 2025 to 22.00 GMT on Monday 28th April 2025. Entries received outside of this time will not be valid.
- Please note that once this online prize draw closes, tickets will then be sold in person at the physical Nordoff and Robbins Wine Dinner event on the 29th April 2025, with the final draw taking place at 10:30pm.
- To enter the prize draw you must have a mobile phone or other wireless or electronic device that supports internet access. Normal internet access and data usage charges imposed by your carrier or online service will apply. You must have a valid email address to enter the prize draw.
- Please note that this is only required when entering the prize draw via Universe.
- The Promoter, Charity and Prize Provider accept no responsibility for prize draw entries that are not successfully completed or are lost or delayed in transit due to any technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware, software, or any other equipment failure.
- Nordoff and Robbins (“Charity”) will not accept prize draw entries that are: automatically generated by computer, completed by third parties or in bulk, have been altered, reconstructed, forged, or tampered with, photocopies and not originals, or incomplete.
- Seven (7) winners will each receive two (2) tickets to attend The Gavin Chanin Wine Dinner in support of Nordoff and Robbins to be held at Cabotte Restaurant in November 2025 – date TBC. We reserve to right to amend the date from November 2025 to a date in 2026 when Gavin is in the UK. Winners will be notified of the date.
- No substitution of prize is offered, no exchange or transfer of prize to a third party is permitted and the prize may not be redeemed for cash value, except by the Promoter, who reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute prize or a portion of the prize for a prize of comparable or greater value or to change to date of the prize if needed. All fees and/or other expenses relating to the use, acceptance of the prize are the sole responsibility of winner.
- If the prize winner does not reply within 10 days of the confirmation after they have been contacted as the winner, the Prize may be awarded to an alternate winner from all non-winning eligible entries.
- The prize winners will be randomly selected on the draw date (29th April 2025). The first seven entries drawn will win the prize.
- The winner will be notified by the charity via email within three (3) days of the selection. The winner must respond to the Promoter by email within 48hrs of being notified by the Promoter. The winner’s prize may be forfeited (at Promoter’s election) if the Promoter does not receive the winner’s response within the 48hr period, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
- The decision of the Promoter and/or Prize Provider regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into about it.
- Personal data supplied for the purpose of this prize draw will be used solely for the purpose of this prize draw by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running and fulfilment of the Promotion and will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained.
- By submitting a prize draw entry, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- The receipt from Universe is the acknowledgment that the prize draw has been entered, you will not receive a ticket from Nordoff and Robbins. Your entries online will be converted to physical raffle tickets (with your name/ details on them) and added to the draw on the day of the event.
- Payment for participation in the prize draw in advance of the event is through Universe only. No other form of payment can be accepted.
- Please note that if buying physical tickets at the Nordoff and Robbins Wine Dinner event, cash and card payments will be accepted.
- Winners’ names may be published on the charity’s Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. If you do not wish to have your name published on Nordoff and Robbins website/social media, please choose the privacy option when entering the prize draw through Universe.
