Salford Consultation Competition – Terms and Conditions

  1. The competition owner is: Nordoff and Robbins, registered charity no. 280960 whose registered office is at 2 Lissenden Gardens, London NW5 1PQ.
  2. The prize is one pair of headphones: The RØDE NTH-100 professional over-ear headphones – these are professional headphones and are not wireless and can be seen here: https://rode.com/en/headphones/over-ear/nth-100?variant_sku=NTH100
  3. The competition is open to UK residents of any age. If you are under 18 years old, you represent and warrant to us by entering this competition that your parents/guardians have consented to your entry and to these Rules, which they have read. Proof of age and identity may be required. 
  4. There’s no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

  6. Closing date for entry will be Friday 27 September 2024 at 23:59. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  7. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  9. Nordoff and Robbins reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
  10. Nordoff and Robbins are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  11. The prize is as follows: one pair of RØDE NTH-100 professional over-ear headphones. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferrable and is subject to availability.
  12. The winner will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by the competition owner.
  13. The winner will be notified by email within five working days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within two working days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  14. The winner will be required to provide a name, email, phone number and a postal address in the United Kingdom so that the prize can be delivered.
  15. Nordoff and Robbins’ decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. The winner will only ever be contacted by Nordoff and Robbins.
  17. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  18. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  19. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  20. Nordoff and Robbins shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
  21. Nordoff and Robbins also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
