Terms and Conditions – Legends of Football in aid of Nordoff and Robbins 2025 Raffle

It is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions before entering this prize draw. Nordoff and Robbins is a registered charity (280960) and all income raised from this prize draw will go to Nordoff and Robbins.

  1. This charity prize draw is being run in advance of the Legends of Football dinner on Universe and on the night of the Legends of Football event and it will be managed by Nordoff and Robbins (“Charity”). The prizes are donated by Nordoff and Robbins and The Legends of Football committee (“Prize Provider”).
  2. Participation in this prize draw is through purchasing a ticket from the Universe website link or purchasing a physical ticket at the Legends of Football event. A singular ticket cost £20 per prize draw entry. 3 tickets can be bought for £50. There is no limit on entries in the prize draw.
  3. You must be over the age of 18 to enter. The winner may be asked for proof of age.
  4. The prize draw will run from 10:00am GMT on Monday 8th September 2025 until 22.00 GMT on Monday 6th October 2025. The prize provider can close entries early if required. Entries received outside of this time will not be valid.
  5. To enter the prize draw digitally, you must have a mobile phone or other wireless or electronic device that supports internet access. Normal internet access and data usage charges imposed by your carrier or online service will apply. You must have a valid email address to enter the prize draw.
    • Please note that this is only required when entering the prize draw via Universe
  6. The Promoter, Charity and Prize Provider accept no responsibility for prize draw entries that are not successfully completed or are lost or delayed in transit due to any technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware, software, or any other equipment failure.
  7. Nordoff and Robbins (“Charity”) will not accept prize draw entries that are: automatically generated by computer, completed by third parties or in bulk, have been altered, reconstructed, forged, or tampered with, photocopies and not originals, or incomplete.
  8. Winners will be asked two to pick up their raffle prize from the raffle desk once the draw has taken place.
  9. No substitution of prizes is offered, no exchange or transfer of prize to a third party is permitted. All fees and/or other expenses relating to the use, acceptance of the prize are the sole responsibility of winner.
  10. If winner does not pick up prize from raffle desk, Nordoff and Robbins will contact the prize winner by email.
  11. The prize winners will be randomly selected on the draw date (6th October 2025).
  12. The winner will be notified on the evening of the event date (6th October 2025).
  13. The decision of the Promoter and/or Prize Provider regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into about it.
  14. Personal data supplied for the purpose of this prize draw will be used solely for the purpose of this prize draw by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running and fulfilment of the Promotion and will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained.
  15. By submitting a prize draw entry, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  16. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  17. The receipt from Universe is the acknowledgment that the prize draw has been entered, you will not receive a ticket from Nordoff and Robbins. Your entries online will be converted to physical raffle tickets (with your name/ details on them) and added to the draw on the day of the event
  18. Payment for participation in the prize draw in advance of the event is through Universe only. No other form of payment can be accepted.
    • Please note that if buying physical tickets at the Nordoff and Robbins Wine Dinner event, cash and card payments will be accepted.
  19. Winners’ names may be published on the charity’s Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. If you do not wish to have your name published on Nordoff and Robbins website/social media, please choose the privacy option when entering the prize draw through Universe.
