How does the online service work? 

The online service is only available for people living in England and Wales at the moment. Please scroll down if you’re resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland for instructions on how to use Farewill’s free telephone service. Here’s how to get started with writing your will online:

1. You can start writing your will now on Farewill’s website. (Don’t forget your free access code! Use: ‘NORDOFF-ROBBINS-F‘).

2. Create an account with Farewill and complete their simple online questionnaire.

3. Farewill’s specialists will check the will to make sure your wishes are clear. They will get in touch if there are any issues.

4. After your will is checked you will need to print and then sign it in front of two witnesses to make it legally binding.

If you’re based in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can make use of Farewill’s free telephone service. Click on the button below to book a callback with one of their specialists. You must notify the Customer Service team at the start of the call that you’re a Nordoff and Robbins supporter.
