Where music and football meet
Since 1996, the worlds of football and music have come together at Legends of Football, to honour the greatest footballers and managers in the beautiful game. Over the years, the star-studded event has raised £9 million for our vital music therapy work.
Legends of Football 2026 will honour two esteemed players – Premier League icon Thierry Henry and Lioness legend Karen Carney OBE.

Sir Alex Ferguson (2005 legend)
To date, Legends of Football has recognised over 30 true legends, including Sir Alex Ferguson CBE, Fara Williams MBE, Pelé, Emma Hayes OBE and David Beckham OBE. Jill Scott MBE and Gary Lineker OBE were the latest stars to be honoured, on an evening featuring a world-class musical performance from British soul icon Heather Small.
