Master of Music Therapy (Nordoff Robbins) Music, Health Society - Open Evening - LEEDS

The open evening aims to:

  • Introduce you to the Nordoff Robbins approach to music therapy
  • Show how this training programme uniquely equips its students for the contemporary workplace
  • Explain the structure of the training programme

It’s a chance for people to hear something about the music-centred Nordoff Robbins approach to music therapy and to find out in detail about our two-year full-time Maters of Music Therapy (MMT) programme, which trains musicians to deliver this approach to music therapy. The MMT is delivered in London and Manchester and (from September 2019, subject to HCPC approval) in Newcastle too.

Successful completion of the MMT programme enables students to apply to the HCPC for registration as a music therapist, which is the legal prerequisite for practising as such in the UK.

Dates:
Monday 26 November: 18.00 – 20.00

Location:  University of Leeds School of Music
Cost: Free to attend

To book a place please email us with your contact details (full name, contact number, email address) at education@nordoff-robbins.org.uk.
