Where music and mud meet
Put comfort and cleanliness aside for a day and raise money for music therapy in the grungiest, most exhausting (but most rewarding) way imaginable!
Music Mudder is an endurance event where teams from across the music industry take on an adrenaline-pumping outdoor obstacle course. Teams of up to 10 people compete, while also competing with their natural instinct to give up and have a hot shower instead.
Organised in partnership with our friends at THE·TEAM, the race is accompanied by plenty of entertainment, food and drink. The event raises vital funds so we can deliver essential music therapy to those who need it most, across the UK.

Teams faced the mud at a brand-new location in 2026, at Nuclear Races in Kelvedon Hatch (Brentwood)! Through joy, mud, sweat and tears, the event raised vital funds for our music therapy work.
